Finally Friday! My favorite day of the week. Unfortunately, I have a math test later on around 4 pm but afterwards I’m going to see Breaking Dawn.
I. Can. Not. Wait. <3 Yup, I’m a twilight fan. If any of you went to the midnight premiere, don’t tell me what happens! I just hope there aren’t little girls screaming in the theater. I hate that 
Anyway! Lets get on with Friday Favorites, shall we?
Fitness
I love these! They work your entire body. Your core, shoulders, legs, glutes, abs, back, etc. They get your heart rate up too, so it is a great plyometric move.
Food
I’m sure if you read my blog, you have seen overnight oats plenty of times (esp. in a jar).
Well this morning before I left for the gym, I made “over-morn?” oats and they worked exactly the same! Apparently, you just need it to sit for an hour or two and you’ll be good.
These were extra creamy and awesome too. Into the mix went:
- 1/2 C. Rolled Oats
- 1/2 C. Almond Milk
- 1/2 C. Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 Tbs. Chia Seeds
- Dash of vanilla
- Cinnamon
- Bit of maple/honey Agave Nectar
I’m also loving..
So good! Tastes like the real thing but without dairy and lactose. Perfect protein to carb ratio for after a workout too.

Love to workout to these songs. It gets me pumped up. Like I stated before, I like literally every type of music. You will see dubstep like this, to pop, to country etc.

I had an empty jar of pb last night, and I almost made overnight oats. Then I remembered, duh Tiff… you don’t like overnight oats. Even though I don’t like it, it still comes to mind because I hear/read about it so much.
