What I’ve Learned from Blogging

Good morning and happy Monday!

Somehow I passed out at 9:30 last night. I definitely needed to catch up on sleep from the weekend!

I woke up early this morning and started off my morning right with a workout.

Warmed up on the elliptical and took a body works class at my gym.

Breakfast this morning got me thinking.

Empty nut butter jar immediately means OIAJ.

Before I started blogging, I never even knew what that was. I thought about all the things I know now, and how I would have never known about them if I never read blogs or started my own.

Here are some things I learned specifically from this community.

IMG_2455

Overnight oats. There is no way I would have came up with this on my own.

059

Love Grown Granola. Aka: Best granola ever.

IMG_2108

Annie’s natural products.

IMG_2419

That eggs, cheese, and jelly surprisingly taste good together.

IMG_2520

Sunwarrior protein powder. I use it in everything now.

IMG_2521

Chia Seeds.

IMG_2209

Spaghetti Squash.

IMG_2342

Gluten Free products. I never even knew what gluten was back in the day.

IMG_2088

GNC lean shake products.

IMG_1987

Pomegranate seeds. I obviously knew about them, but I had never actually opened one up myself.

IMG_2379

Running fuel.

IMG_2115

Bikram Yoga.

There are SO many more things I have learned, but these are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Yes, I realize most of them are foodie things!

What have you learned from blogging or reading blogs?

What’s the thing you’re most thankful for learning about?

Probably running fuel or Bikram yoga. The running fuel is SO important, and Bikram I just absolutely love.

Is there anything you have taught others?

  6. You are so right. I have learned so much from reading blogs and writing my own. I never knew what overnight oats were, or that chia seeds existed. Tabatha workouts were a recent new discovery for me. And the biggest thing I have learned is how amazing the community of people are. The support and friendships are uncanny and truly special. For that, I am so thankful!
