Today’s Wednesday? I completely forgot until I signed into my Google reader and saw everyone’s WIAW posts!
Since I’ve been a little all over the place because of everything going on, I’ll just share some meals I’ve been having while following the LiveFit plan over the past couple of weeks.
I did snap some things from yesterday but not everything so here’s a little peak into the weeks instead of just one day.

I ate some of the chicken before remembering a picture, but 6 oz. grilled chicken, 5 oz. sweet potato, veggies.
Same thing but fish.
Yummy salads.
Tuna cakes.
Spaghetti squash and turkey chili.
Egg puffs.
And my newest obsession: whipped cottage cheese; recipe from Sara! So good.
What are you loving lately?
Favorite bedtime snack?

Is it wrong that when I saw the title of this post, I immediately thought of Waffle House’s scattered, smothered, & covered?

For spaghetti squash I just microwave for about two minutes so I can get it soft enough to cut it in half. Then I bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes!!
LOVE the colors on your plate
Whopped cottage cheese?? Sounds amazing!!

Try it whipped like I have it! Put it in the blender with some almond milk and stevia and it tastes like dessert
I tried the egg puffs recipe (3/4 egg whites, 1 scoop protein, 200.for 10mins) and they didn’t turn out so I cranked the heat up-> turned out spongy and gross. Didn’t look like yours at all!
Ahh you forgot a tablespoon of peanut butter! That’s the key, so they stick together
And it’s at 395 degrees F for 10 minutes
Cereal every night before bed. I love carbs.

Today just snuck up on me too. I couldn’t believe it was already Wednesday when I woke up this morning. All of your eats look delicous, especially the whipped cottage cheese. Cottage cheese is amazing any way you eat it. Combining the spaghetti squash with turkey chili is a really good idea!
Wahoooo lots of clean eats!
