One of the greatest feelings in the world is a sense of accomplishment. There’s nothing better than knowing that all your hard work and dedication has finally paid off.
If you’ve been reading for a while, you may know that I go to UCF in Orlando.
I came here for a year, and then decided I wasn’t in love with it, so I would move home to save money.
I enrolled in FAU in Boca Raton, and yeah, that was a big mistake.
I decided to move back up to Orlando after one semester, which is where I am today.
However, when I moved home things changed.
Sure, I didn’t really like the school I was going to, but I started my blog and found a passion that I never really acknowledged before.
When I graduated high school, I applied to three different schools. I got into two out of three, but was denied to the school that I really wanted to go to.
Now that I’m almost a junior, I decided to apply to my dream school that denied me two years back.
It just so happens that the same school has the best journalism school in Florida.
I decided that I had nothing to lose by applying and to just give it a shot, even if I didn’t get in.
Well guess what? I GOT IN!!!!!!!!!
I am officially a Florida Gator. It seems SO crazy finally saying that, since I’ve wanted to go to this school from the beginning of my college career.
I still can’t believe it especially since the Journalism school at UF is SO competitive. It seems so surreal, but I truly believe that this blog had something to do with it.
It has opened up so many opportunities for me and I am forever grateful. I can’t wait to embark on my new journey starting fall!
It took two other colleges to get here, but now I’m finally where I’m supposed to be

I go to NYU and I honestly never thought of going anywhere else. It has been my dream school since I could imagine and I am so fortunate that I got in when I applied Early Decision.
