You know you’re lazy when you have a beautiful DSLR camera but you continue to take crappy pictures with your iPhone because you forget to bring your camera downstairs.

Anyway, yesterday I had my camera most of the day with me so I actually got some decent shots!
My morning started with an iced coffee<3 and a powercake.
It was dark and the powercake looked really ugly, so I’ll spare you a picture.
I made the chocolate one though and it turned out DELICIOUS. Make one now.
After hittin’ the gym for some chest, abs, and cardio, I came home and refueled.
The last of my big container of chobani needed to be eaten so I threw some banana, strawberries, and a sprinkle of love grown in there.
Right before class I made myself a salad.
Spinach, brussel sprouts, a pickle, sweet potato, a bit of beans, nutritional yeast, turkey burger.
Now a picture all mixed together..
There’s the green!
I knew I had to bring a snack for in between my classes so I brought pumpkin protein bars.
I love these things. So easy to take around with me too, but they do get kind of messy.
Dinner was grilled chicken, spinach, and roasted green beans. I swear roasting veggies makes them that much better.
And my last meal before bed was the usual..
A serving of whipped cottage cheese and a tablespoon of peanut, almond, cashew butter that generously spread all over the cottage cheese to make it look like a cup of nut butter. I swear it was only a tablespoon ![]()
Got in a good amount of veggies I’d say!

Are those Jamie Eason’s pumpkin bars? I’ve been really wanting to try making them! I love homemade bars for a quick snack on the go!
And my favourite nut butter is definitely soy nut butter. I can’t go a day without it!

I agree, roasting veggies makes them taste so much better! And… i agree with the camera thing. I have a nice camera but I always end up taking most of my pictures with my iphone. It is just so much more convenient and easy. I need to get better at using my camera.

I love that nut butter!! Gotta love Target.. especially the prices! 5.99 is muuuch better than 12.99 for almond butter! For the whipped cottage cheese, is it just mixed up cottage cheese or do you add anything to it? Looks good though!!

I just make my coffee, fill my cup completely up with ice, and pour the hot coffee over it! You could always make yours the night before and then it will be cool and pour over the ice cubes without melting them

my favorite type of nut butter is barney butter, hands down! i love both the crunchy and creamy kind-it’s addicting.

my favorite nut butter is definitely adam’s all natural crunchy peanut butter. that peanut, almond, cashew butter is a good one too!

I love when a container like the greek yogurt is at the end.. perfect for eating from and no dishes to clean up, WIN! Currently my favorite nut butter is the roasted flax seed one from TJs… holy crap that stuff is addicting
I swear roasted green beans are so addictive! They taste like little green fries! I love them. That nut butter mix sounds awesome! All those nuts are the best, so combined must be bomb. I have yet to try a powercake, I must this weekend! Have a great day!!

I literally put anything in my salads, haha!
Roasting veggies really is my favorite way to eat them! It just really brings out the flavor!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jamie Eason’s pumpkin bars! I usually bake two batches at a time and freeze one of them. They’re so easy to pop in the microwave and reheat on the go.
And you’re not the only one who forgets their camera upstairs and is too lazy to go get it. *Raising hand*. Yep, sometimes I’ll come home from the gym and just not have it in me to go ALL the way up there. Thank God for iPhones. Haha. :-p
Favorite nut butter: Whole Foods 365 brand crunchy or creamy peanut butter (I always have both on hand) all the way!

put cottage cheese, a little bit of almond milk, and liquid stevia in a blender and blend away! top with nut butter.. delicious

At least the iPhone takes nice pictures! I usually end up taking pictures with my very very low quality EnV camera. Beautiful pics!

Take some cottage cheese (however much you want), almond milk (depending on how runny your cottage cheese is, I usually get the 1% so it isn’t runny at all and add 1/4 c. almond milk) and some liquid stevia.. whip it in a blender and it is deeeelish!!!
Bahaha. I have a digital SLR too and take all my WIAW photos with my iphone! Terrible…
