Happy Friday the 13! I honestly could care less that it’s Friday the 13th. I do get iffy to some extent, but nothing really bad has ever happened except walking in front of a black cat almost every time.
I guess I should knock on wood now…
Anyway, I’ve seen this Personality shin dig on a few blogs and I wanted to do it! You all may know some facts about me, but you don’t really know me. Ya know?
Apparently Aubrey was the original creator, so I give her the credit!
10 Questions About My Personality
1. When a cashier in the checkout line at the grocery store is being a grump for no reason, how do you typically react?
I usually kill them with kindness. I honestly hate when people are rude for no reason. I understand that I don’t know what they’re going through, but to me even if you are in a weird/bad/upset mood, you shouldn’t take it out on customers that you don’t know. I just smile and say hi then probably not say anything else.
2. Are you the type that likes going out with your girlfriends or staying in?
If you asked me this question in high school, I would’ve said going out. Now, I stay in more often than going out. I’m just not as into the clubbing/drinking scene as I used to be. I like waking up with no hangover and feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Don’t get me wrong, I do love to go out on occasion! It’s fun to get dressed up and dance the night away. Just not every single night like the typical college student. I’m totally fine with curling up on the couch with Bentley and going to sleep at 10 p.m. No joke.
3. Do you sob and get emotional watching romance movies?
No. I never cry. I’ve been told I have no heart (haha) but I seriously just don’t cry unless I’m really angry or stressed out. Even then, it’s a rare occasion. So yes, I was the only girl in the Notebook and The Vow who didn’t shed a tear.
This was during the vow, we took a picture because my friend Steph (bottom left) and I never cry and don’t have hearts. Lol
4. What stresses you out the most?
So stealing this from Mindy, but DECISIONS. I cannot make a decision for the life of me. I always want to do the right thing, and I’m always scared I’m going to do the wrong thing. I take decisions very seriously and I always ask for an opinion. I need to work on that.
5. What do you think people think of you?
Hmmm… not really sure? The people close to me know I’m weird, crazy, sarcastic, and funny, but other people I’m not so sure. I can be kind of quiet if I first meet you, so it all depends how long you have known me I guess.
6. When you overindulge do you hit the gym to burn it all off, or just accept the indulgence and follow your same routine?
Accept it. I know this is really cliché, but life is all about balance. I know I eat clean 99% of the time and workout, so if I want to indulge, I enjoy every second of it!
7. Are you easily annoyed?
Oh lord, yes. I’m kind of embarrassed to admit that a LOT of things annoy me. I don’t know why, but I could go on for days about everything that annoys me. Sorry, just being honest.

8. What do you think is your biggest personality flaw?
I can be controlling at times. It’s weird, because I’m not really like that with my friends, but definitely with my family. With my friends, if they ask where we should go, or what we should do, I usually say “whatever, I don’t care”.” Mostly because I hate making decisions! But with like my mom lets say, I usually want things done my way. Hey what can I say, I’m a Leo!
9. What is one thing you don’t think people see enough of when it comes to your personality?
I’m not sure but I guess that I’m really loyal. I’m always honest, there to listen, a good friend, and go out of my way to help people. I am ALWAYS there if you need me, and sometimes I don’t get the same thing in return. So I’m not sure if people don’t see it sometimes, but I guess that.
10. Can you feel relaxed in a busy crowd or messy room?
Neither of those things really bother me. I mean, it depends HOW messy I guess, or if people are really annoying in that crowd, but usually I’m chill and can feel relaxed anywhere.
Answer one of these in the comments and tell me about yourself!
Are you superstitious?

Hahaha I’m marrying a Leo so I know how that works!
I also try to kill with kindness and make people happier when I can!

Haha, love the ecard.
I do not get emotional at movies. I’m a very unemotional person by nature. I guess I’m just really laid back. haha

Lol same here! Hence “no heart” nickname
HA! You were right- we are very, very similar. I am also controlling too, I have always “had” to be the boss especially with my family.

Exactly!
I like these little surveys, they are fun to read! And to get to know you better! I have such a hard time making decisions too, I always ask my mom to just decide for me haha. I know, I’m so grown up
I’m the same with going out with my friends. I can take it or leave it now, when I was a bit younger I alwayssss wanted to go out! Have a great Friday! xo

My mom is my #1 decision make although she usually says “MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION FOR ONCE” lol
What stresses me out the most? Not having some sort of plan. I know it’s fun to be spontaneous, but I need some kind of frame. It doesn’t have to be exact as in “at 8:15 we eat, 9:30 movie, 11 dessert.” But it can’t be chaos. A simple, how about dinner, movie and dessert will do… but i can’t do the “let’s go downtown and do whatever.” hahaha

Oh my gosh, YES ME TOO.
Those are some tough questions! There are days I like to be in a crowded room and on a moment’s notice I want to hide in a corner. Always fun to use these surveys to get to know people better … going to use this on my blog next week!
Do it!
You look BEAUTIFUL in the #3 pic with your friend!
We are pretty much twins on the whole decision thing. My friends and I always say we need to have one decisive person in our group so we don’t stand on the corner saying “I don’t care all night” or asking for each other’s opinions in a circle. Oy vey.

Thank you Talia! and oh my, SAME here!!! lol
Ok I swear it could have been me writing these answers – so freaky! I get really stressed out about making decisions too. It takes me forever to make even the simplest choices! Also I’m super easily annoyed as well. Some days I feel like all I do is rant about stuff that is ticking me off haha.

Twins! ;D
What a neat survey! Love this! I have to agree about going out. When I in college, I would never ever stay home but now that I have a “real job,” I find it hard to find the energy to do stuff with my friends. Thankfully, a lot of us are like that so I don’t feel bad for not going out with them. I do make sure I go out once in a while because you can go crazy staying in all the time!

Yes definitely!
Staying in all the way

OH I’m going to have to try this! Hope you don’t mind if I steal it.
And as for superstitious, I am maybe just a little haha.
Steal away!
I’m an anxious decision-maker too. I’ll go over the pros and cons in my head 432739 times and still find I’m not any closer to making up my mind! :-p And even though I LOVE to go out and dance, I’m just as content snuggling up on the couch with a good movie and a mug of tea or hot chocolate. Partying hard definitely lost it’s appeal after my first year of college; now I’m tired by 10pm! I’ll own up to the “grandma” label right now.
Hope you have a fabulous weekend, girl! xoxo

I am SUCH a grandma! haha you too
I’m also a Leo, and I feel like a bunch of your answers are the same thing I’d say! I also rarely cry, get annoyed easily, and have trouble making decisions! Glad to know I’m not the only one !:)
Are we long lost sisters?!
[...] from my last post, it seems like I’m not the only one who struggles with making [...]
Oh my god, I totally get what you mean about making decisions…I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to make a decision when shopping and just gave up and bought both! Haha, but you can’t always do that…like when I bought my house…not exactly feasible! You know what gets me the most? Being out a restaurant and deciding on what to eat? Not that I worry about diet and everything, but it’s like “I may never have another chance to eat here again, the pressure is on to pick the perfect entree!” Oh how I wish I was joking!
And I am so easily annoyed. I’ve gotten better about it over the years (picking and choosing my battles if you will), but I still to this day get a twitch in my eye whenever I hear someone whistling!

SAME HERE for restaurants! I’m like I want that.. but that sounds really good too… but what if I order that and want the other.. haha oh boy
