Hi there! First of all, I wanted to thank you all for your sweet comments on my last post. You guys always blow me away with your support, I love you all : )
Anyway, lets get into WIAW! If you don’t take part already, check out Jenn’s page for the details.
So, you may know that I’ve been swamped with school. I’ve been talking about it all.the.time. I know, I know, how annoying.
I also found a new app that I am in love with called picstitch. It allows you to upload multiple pictures and make collages! So I have some random food/meals that I have put together with that and instagram as well.
Greek yogurt with fruit as a post-workout snack.

Random lunch bowl. Brown rice, black beans, grilled chicken, and roasted vegetables. This was really yummy.
Mini chicken meatballs! I love these little things. They are basically like Jamie Eason’s turkey meatloaf muffins, but I used different spices, cut the recipe in half, and used ground chicken.
I also put them in my mini muffin pan to make 24 little meatballs. Each one is 41 calories so I have about 4 or 5 for my protein with a meal! These would be awesome over spaghetti squash.
