Hi friends! Sooo… I’m opting out of WIAW because I’m lazy and haven’t taken pictures of my meals. Just a few things here and there, but it’s not worth it.
A few things worth mentioning…
Protein pancakes made with 1/2 c. liquid egg whites, 1 scoop sunwarrior, 2 tbs. flaxseeds. Topped with 1 tbs. sunbutter and a tiny bit of jelly.
This salad was amaaaaazing. A small peach, 2 tbs. cottage cheese, and a turkey burger.
Plus, my dressing was a little on the odd side again. I topped it with some balsamic, mustard, and a drizzle of honey. It sounds SO strange, but I promise it was awesome.
I did shoot a video to recap livefit so far! I figured it would be so much easier than typing it all out. Hence, my laziness lately.
Why are video’s so embarrassing sometimes? haha, oh well : )
What is your favorite dressing for salads?
Do you like circuit training?
How long are you usually at the gym for?

Sounds like the program has been great for you! I liked the video recap! Ooooh and for salad dressings I loooove using dips on top of my salads like humus or bean dip….but I also like simple vinaigrette’s like olive oil, white balsamic, some spices, and some dijon mustard! All whisked together….its delicious! Also walnut oil and orange juice mixed together is a great light dressing!

I don’t like to at the gym longer than 90 minutes. Most of my workouts are around 60-70 minutes, longer if I’m doing abs or some cardio.

Great video… I don’t really go to the gym. Most of my workouts are pure running for extended periods of time, but when I do cross train, it’s at-home yoga or plyometrics.
Good luck on the program.

I love olive oil and vinegar for my salads. Plain and simple
I am OBSESSED with circuit training! The program I’m on now involves circuits for the first few weeks. The time goes by so fast. Love it! Lately I’ve been in the gym for about an hour max. It’s about all I can handle!

I use that dressing too! Are you doing james wilson’s?
Yumm, those PBJ pancakes look great! I love having cottage cheese in salads. I feel like videos are embarrassing too haha, I guess because you are technically talking to yourself in them? Well kind of. Your video isn’t awkward though, and I love your hair. I always need to change my workouts too. I can not keep doing the same things each day, which is probably why I hate running and love spin. Sounds like your doing great with your plan!xo

You are so cute!! I love circuit workouts, but with work, solo parenting, and training for a triathlon I haven’t figured out how to include them into my schedule. For motivation I’ve been doing BodyPump classes. Have a great night!

I tend to spend anywhere from 45-90 min at the gym. Depends on what other stuff I have going on. If I have a free evening or it’s a weekend morning, I’ll tend to stay longer. But on a day like today when I have plans right after, I plan to be in-and-out in 45 min. It’s a nice balance!

Hoookay. You’re adorable. You should totally do vlogs more often. I love watching you!
I LOVE how you kept fats in and listened to your body – you’re just freakin’ awesome.
The reason you probably gained weight on your low calories week is because, when you’re already at a good weight for height, and having low calories, you’re bod pod often retains fat and water because it’s being deprived of cals you need. Your resting metabolic rate will lower and you’ll retain fat and water. Weird huh? Sometimes, it’s just for the first week and then, when you break that plateau, weight loss starts.
I loooove balsamic and mustard together too! For dressing, I love mashing up raw avocado and then sprinkling 1/2 raw lime over everything. Amazing! I don’t go to the gym – I work out at home – but my workouts are either short and intense (12 – 20 minutes) or longer strength training sessions (45 minutes).
K, i’m going to end this novel now. Haha.

Why are you so awesome!?!?! Thank you for that info! Buuuut, I’m not trying to lose weight so I’m not worrying about it at all
but YUM avocado is the best with salads.
You’re adorable!! Loved hearing your voice! <3 It sounds like Live Fit has been a great experience, even though the calorie counting/long workouts in Phase 3 have been a bit crazy. :-p Major props to you for sticking with it all the way through!
I am the queen of funky salad dressings! I often mix mustard with balsamic and (I bet it's MUCH better with honey though…will try that next), and often just mash avocado and hummus all over my greens. It makes for a really ugly salad, but it tastes SO good.
Happy Friday, lovely! xoxo

Since you’ve expressed your love for nut butter, I was wondering if you could recommend a specific brand or flavour that you like? I am not a fan of the conventional creamy peanut butter but I am really intrigued to try something different. Thanks!
Hi Cristina! Thank you so much, I’m glad you are enjoying them
I can recommend SO many brand ;D I love artisana products, especially the cashew and coconut butter, maranatha and barney almond butter are amazing, sunbutter sunflower seed butter is great, and pb & co. has a TON of products as well! I hope that helped
Have you ever tried Annie’s Goddess dressing? Amazing.
