Feeling It

Why hello there! How is everyone doing on this lovely Tuesday morning? Smile

Thanks for all your congrats for me mastering the crane pose. I noticed that half the people call it “crane pose,” and the other half call it “crow pose.”

Is there a correct term? I know it can be both, but why? I’m looking into this too much… ha ha.

Anyway, yesterday I finished day one of the bikini body express.

This little rubber band is awesome. Don’t let a simple tool fool you Winking smile

The circuits kept my heart rate up the entire time and it kept me interested which I loved. There are 4 different circuits, the warm-up, the “sweat” which was my personal favorite, the “sculpt”, and the polish.

Lets just say, I am definitely feeling it this morning. Mostly in my tush, which is a good thing!

Today is a cardio only day, so I’m not sure what my workout will be yet. I actually have a job interview today, so I need to get the ball rolling!

Usually, the job interviews I’ve had, they don’t like the fact that I’m only here for the summer and leaving to go back to school in the fall, so we’ll see how this goes.

Before I go, here are some more of my motivational pictures that I love.

Do you call it crane or crow pose?

What is a recent goal you have for yourself?

Love the motivational quotes! I’ve always had that problem with jobs in the summer too, while I was going to school. Its kind of annoying, but I do know some places don’t mind it especially restaurants. Good luck with the job interview :)

  15. Congrats on mastering the crane pose! I’ve heard both “crane” and “crow,” but I like cranes better, so that’s what I’m rolling with. ;)

Love the quotes–especially the 5th one. We have a choice to see something positive in every situation in life; it’s all about perspective!

I hope the interview went well today! I had similar problems in college, which is why I ended up nannying! (it wasn’t ideal, but it sure did pay well!)
