Happpppppy Friday! I’m in a particularly good mood today. I have no class, it’s chilly and gorgeous out, I rocked my workout, and I just had a yummy breakfast.
Just kidding. I had mine (pumpkin spice, baby) and that’s another reason why I’m in a good mood.
I swear I always steal survey’s from Ashley, and here I am again – stealing another. I figure Friday’s are always a fun day to have a little survey action, no?

Eggs, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, avocado, and salsa.

Water, and my Kombucha + ACV cocktail.

James Wilson’s Body Earned – Week 5 Day 3! And guess what? I got up to 10.8 on my super 8’s. Weeeee! My legs almost fell off though, and I almost ate it a couple of times. Sprinting can get dangerous, people.

My tummy, lol! I’m finally starting to see some ab progress, I am so excited! I don’t normally post progress pics, but once in a while I think it’s cool. A lot of food + heavy weights = muscle. I still need to pack some more on!
Oh, and this is when I’m not bloated. Which is like 99.9% of the time, and when that happens, I look straight up preggo with triplets. Hot.

Was I supposed to make a to-do list? Uhhh.. I kind of have a lot to do but not sure what order it will all get done. Oh well, it’s Friday.
Do you like sprints, or do you like steady state better?
I get SO bored now with steady state on the treadmill. So, sprints it is. I’m done in 15 min tops.
Do you need coffee to get going in the morning?
I think I would die without it.
