Happpppppy Friday! I’m in a particularly good mood today. I have no class, it’s chilly and gorgeous out, I rocked my workout, and I just had a yummy breakfast.
Just kidding. I had mine (pumpkin spice, baby) and that’s another reason why I’m in a good mood.

I swear I always steal survey’s from Ashley, and here I am again – stealing another. I figure Friday’s are always a fun day to have a little survey action, no?

You are going to be really shocked.
Eggs, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, avocado, and salsa.
- Last beverage you drank?
Water, and my Kombucha + ACV cocktail.
- Last workout?
James Wilson’s Body Earned – Week 5 Day 3! And guess what? I got up to 10.8 on my super 8’s. Weeeee! My legs almost fell off though, and I almost ate it a couple of times. Sprinting can get dangerous, people.
- Last thing you pinned?
I’m not really sure. It was something yesterday, but I can’t remember.
- Last text message you sent?
“No I haven’t called” to my roommate.
- Last blog you visited?
Right now my google reader is open and it’s on Tina’s blog.

No idea. Probably Gossip Girl on Monday night!

Kasey’s coconut flour chia jam filled muffins. That’s a mouthful – but they’re deeeelish. I ate two of them immediately.
- What is the last thing you Instagrammed?
My tummy, lol! I’m finally starting to see some ab progress, I am so excited! I don’t normally post progress pics, but once in a while I think it’s cool. A lot of food + heavy weights = muscle. I still need to pack some more on!
Oh, and this is when I’m not bloated. Which is like 99.9% of the time, and when that happens, I look straight up preggo with triplets. Hot.
- Last item on your to-do list today?
Was I supposed to make a to-do list? Uhhh.. I kind of have a lot to do but not sure what order it will all get done. Oh well, it’s Friday.
Do you like sprints, or do you like steady state better?
I get SO bored now with steady state on the treadmill. So, sprints it is. I’m done in 15 min tops.
Do you need coffee to get going in the morning?
I think I would die without it.

10.8 mph? Holy.wow girl you rock. I’m pretty sure I’d be flying off the back of that treadmill in no time at speeds like that

YAY COFFEE. Do you ever skip it when you’re having tummy problems? Some days I haven’t been able to handle it. Hope your stomach is feeling well! It certainly looks incredible. Holy freaking crap girl. Could you be any hotter? I feel like every time I talk to you online I’m “hitting” on you hahaha please don’t be creeped out! Please hang out with me in 1.5 months!

CONGRATS on your awesome progress with super 8′s! Running at 10.8 is TOUGH! I can completely relate to the 99.9% of the time belly bloat thing…same story over here. It makes that 0.1% of the time pretty fantastic though, doesn’t it?

A flat stomach would totally be awesome right now (instead I’m carrying a 38 week old baby lol). And seeing your stomach picture makes me miss my belly button ring. It’s probably the first thing I’ll do once I have sight of a normal looking stomach again. I feel naked without it!

Girl you look amazing! Those abs look great. I feel you on the bloating thing. I eat so many veggies–especially cruciferous stuff like brocolli that I always have a pregnant lower belly pooch–oh well–I guess that’s why there’s Yoga pants–lol. Congrats on the 10.8! Last week I did some sprints at 10.0 and they were killer! I’m always scared to go above 10–but I think I should try it–It’s more of a mental thing. Of course–I’m pretty short–4ft. 11in–so I think I’d probably fall right off if I went too fast–lol!
